How much is a new boiler?
Combi swaps start at £1,795 inc VAT. Most three-bed homes land between £1,795 and £2,900 inc VAT depending on model, flue work and whether the boiler moves.
How fast can you attend a breakdown?
Report a no-heat or no-hot-water fault before midday and we aim to be with you the same day across the West Midlands, with common Worcester and Viessmann parts on the van.
Which boilers do you fit?
Worcester Bosch Greenstar and Viessmann Vitodens. We quote both on every job, with manufacturer guarantees of up to 12 years registered in your name.
Do I need a powerflush?
Not usually. Every install includes a chemical flush and magnetic filter. A full powerflush (from £495 inc VAT) is only worth it where radiators are sludged, cold at the bottom or the boiler keeps locking out.

How much does a new boiler cost?
A straight combi swap starts at £2,195 inc VAT with a Worcester Greenstar 2000. Most 3-bed homes land between £2,495 and £3,095 inc VAT depending on the model, flue and controls. Conversions and back boiler removals cost more because of the extra pipework.
How long does an installation take?
A like-for-like combi swap is normally one day. Regular-to-combi conversions, back boiler removals and boiler relocations usually take two days.
Which boilers do you fit?
Worcester Bosch and Viessmann only. Fitting two ranges means faster installs, better fault-finding and accredited installer warranties of up to 12 years.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Every engineer is Gas Safe registered and every install is notified to Gas Safe and Building Control, with the certificate emailed to you.

Do you powerflush central heating systems?
Yes — we own all the powerflushing equipment and do it in-house. A full system flush starts at £495 inc VAT and includes inhibitor. It's often the fix for cold radiators, kettling noises and boilers that keep locking out.
