Emergency
Smell gas? Stop and call 0800 111 999
Turn the gas off at the meter, open the windows, don’t touch any electrical switches and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 straight away. Don’t wait for us.

No code showing?
Boiler dead with no display at all
Check the fused spur next to the boiler and your consumer unit first — a tripped RCD or a blown 3 amp fuse is a genuinely common cause of a boiler that looks completely dead.
If the power is fine and there’s still nothing, it’s usually the PCB or the transformer and it needs diagnosing. Our diagnostic is £99 inc VAT and comes off the bill if we carry out the repair.
