Most sites make you hand over your phone number before they'll show a price. We won't. Here is what a new boiler actually costs fitted in the West Midlands in 2026, and exactly what changes the number.

Why our prices are fixed
The number on your written quote is the number on your invoice. We survey first — either in person or from photos on WhatsApp — so there are no mid-job discoveries used to push the price up.
Every install includes the boiler, standard flue, magnetic filter, chemical flush, controls set-up, Gas Safe and Building Control notification, and manufacturer warranty registration in your name.

How much is a new combi boiler fitted in Birmingham?
Between £1,795 and £3,295 inc VAT for the vast majority of homes, with a 3-bed semi typically landing around £2,195 to £2,695 fitted.
Why are national companies more expensive?
National installers carry call centres, advertising and subcontractor margins. We're a local Gas Safe firm fitting the same Worcester and Viessmann boilers, usually several hundred pounds less.
Do I need a survey before you can quote?
For a firm fixed price, yes — but it can be done from photos on WhatsApp in most cases, and it's free either way.
How long does the install take?
A straight swap is a single day. Conversions and back boiler removals are normally two.
What guarantee do I get?
Up to 12 years on Worcester Bosch and Viessmann, registered in your name, plus our own workmanship guarantee.
