Vokèra is an Italian-built brand (part of Riello) that's been widely fitted in UK rentals and smaller properties. The Mynute and Compact ranges are the ones we attend most.
They're generally serviceable but parts pricing is higher than the mainstream brands and stock is less common locally, so we're honest about when a repair stops making sense.

What goes wrong with Vokèra boilers
Ignition lockout
No flame detected. Gas, electrodes, or frozen condensate in winter.
Low pressure lockout
Below 0.5 bar. Refill via the loop; repeated drops mean a leak or vessel fault.
Overheat / no circulation
Sludge or a failing pump. Frequently a powerflush rather than a parts job.
PCB and diverter faults
Both common on higher-mileage Mynutes; parts cost is what usually decides repair vs replace.

Under eight years old and with a cheap part, repair. Beyond that, Vokèra parts pricing often tips the balance toward a new boiler with a fresh 10–12 year guarantee.
Replacements are Worcester Bosch Greenstar or Viessmann Vitodens, both with far better local parts availability if anything ever does go wrong.
